Open the document in the email to open your purchase in Canva or Notion, if your purchase is a non-editable product then you will receive a direct link to the product or a link to Google Drive where you will be able to download your purchase.

The files are supplied in specific ratios and can typically be resized using a range of different third-party applications. However, if you need a specific size then simply send an email with your requirements. The Virtual Archive aims to reply within 48-72 hours with a link to download your custom file however, turn-around times can vary during busy and seasonal periods.

A personal-use license is a type of digital product license that grants the purchaser the right to use the product strictly for their personal purposes. This means they can utilise the product for personal enjoyment, education, to support their business, or for individual use, but they are not allowed to sell, redistribute, or share the product with others for commercial or financial gain.

A PLR (Private Label Rights) license is a more flexible type of license that allows the buyer to not only use the digital product for personal purposes but also to rebrand, modify, and resell it as their own. Each PLR license might come with specific terms and restrictions, so it's essential for buyers to review the license agreement carefully before exercising these rights.

The file sizes can be quite large and this causes issues when trying to send the files via email. Therefore, sharing via through Canva, Notion, or Google drive allows for large files to be accessed with ease.

You have the following options to print your files:

• At home with your personal printer 

• In a professional print store

• Through online printing service

If you checkout with your Apple ID and choose the option to make your email private, the access email will not get to you, unfortunately. If you used this method to checkout, feel free to get in touch via email. I will send your access link manually. If you need the product ASAP, then please make sure you're not signed in with Apple ID as this will prevent your download being blocked and not arriving.
